Small, easy to take, pills. No taste. Seem to be helping my osteoporosis as I am quite active and fit.

have not had any viruses,colds,flu etc so maybe they are helping..
As a more elderly lady I was told that these vitamins are healthier for me and have been taking them for 6 months.Have i noticed any difference in my overall health? not really but have not been ill ,had no colds,viruses,etc so will keep taking them and they are not expensive..

Good Company to deal with
Was taking Vit D and was told I was wasting my time and money and was advised to take vit D with K2. Too early to tell if this works for me. These are quite large capsules but are coated and fairly easy to swallow.

Good Value.
Seems to work in collaboration B12 and Magnesium and Zink. I recommend this combination for cramps and Migraine. I am not a doctor., However it works for me. without this combination I am in trouble especially at night I am over 80.

They seem really good. I have vit D deficiency which causes an inflammatory response. These have definitely reduces the pain .
