My headset keeps dropping it's bluetooth connection. Is there a firmware update or any fix?

Mine doesn’t work either, I actually gave up on it since it happened so often. One star review for sure after hearing you also have the same problem

Do you need an adapter for these headsets to work?

These are Bluetooth, no adapters are needed. The device you want to connect to will need to have Bluetooth capabilities.
