is this ok and good for the fancy guppies and fry guppies? thanks

NO! Don't do it, I thought I'd try some for my guppies too, thinking about the healing properties it has for bettas & betta fry. But instead I lost about 100 guppy fry and around 20 of my adults! After, (should have done this prior !!) I Googled it & found that there is something in the leaves that poison them. I just use tap water that's been sitting out for a few days, same room temp. NO Catappa leaves.

A couple of leaves in my 5.5-gal tank crashed the pH from 6.8 to 6.3 in less than 12 hours. How can I use leaves without pH crashes?

I have a 10 gallon aquarium with top fin silenstream filter. How many leaves to drop in for 1 smaller goldfish ?

You could drop in a handful. There’s really no limit since the worst that really happens is the water gets very yellow. Though with even a small goldfish in this size tank you’ll likely be changing it out a lot since goldfish need a much bigger space since they produce a lot of waste and grow quite quickly.
