To be very clear, this is for camouflage purposes only. This is not a rain poncho, it won't keep you warm or dry. Now on to the review. As a camouflage option, it's actually pretty great. It's extremely light and very breathable because it's a screenlike mesh with soft fabric "foliage" sewn onto it. It will easily cover a grown man to his mid shin along with covering a backpack. Because of the material, the hood doesn't completely obstruct your peripheral vision or impede your hearing at all. It moves quietly and packs away nice and small. You can shove it in the front pocket of a Hoodia if you wanted to. It's great for year round use. It's big enough to go over cold weather clothing and light enough for the hotter months. Be aware that if you wear it walking through brush, it will absolutely get hung up and likely become tattered. Don't be discouraged though because being tattered actually helps the camouflage effect. In fact, letting debris from your surrounding get stuck to it is only going to help you blend in. Cover your face though, otherwise you'll stand out like a flashlight in a cave on a cloudy moonless night.

Purchased for my husband for archery season. It was a success. Blends in well. Deer would walk right past him without detecting. Would definitely purchase again. A must have for an archery hunter.

I have been in the game hunting since the 1970's and have had all the camo's. This poncho is for staying undetected not for moisture, keep that in mind if your looking to stay dry. You literally can hide two adults under this poncho setting side by side. Just to give you a idea, It will almost completely cover a mid sized 4-wheeler. Its alot bigger than I thought it would be and seems very strong. You probably dont want to pick blackberries in this but for hunting its great!! I would expect this would cost 50 plus at your local hunting supply store. Works very well, better than expected and thats rare.

Good for the price- this is lightweight, quiet, and fairly long. As a big guy i couldve used a longer back and maybe a tad wider but overall im pleased with the price. The material has a bit too much shine to it so I may consider hitting it with a bit of matte varnish (which would help with some waterproofing) or at least give it a nice "ghillie wash"... for something i wanted to pack easily and stay quiet while doing wildlife photography, this will suit my needs

Easily my favorite hunting accessory. Breaks your silohuette Multi purpose, can be fashioned into a blind or makeshift canop and can keep you reasonably dry in a light rain, but not water proof or insulated.

My husband bought this and I couldn’t find him for 3 days. Turns out he was sitting in his camo recliner the whole time. I learned from that, bought myself one - and now, when laundry piles up or dishes need to be done - I pop this sucker on and go sit in the tree line. I’m pretty sure nobody can see me. I do see my family staring towards me somedays - but I think they may just be admiring the foliage. Probably not talking about me.

Not bad, but the material has a little sheen to it.

Not great, poor material, it traps heat so badly that using it in summer is instant heat stroke.

Article parfait pour se fondre dans les bois. Évidemment avec équipement camouflage en dessous. assez grand pour manteau. Matériels assez bas de gamme mais utilisable tout de même. Assez impressionné par l'effet une fois dans le sous-bois :)

as described, but the sheets are not printed double-sided, the underside is white... I will fix them with sewing thread, and sew a mosquito net on the face area BUT it doesn't bother me at all because it wasn't expensive and I go unnoticed when I wear it and stay in dark areas, I wanted to photograph the animals up close and it works, and above all, not to be spotted by humans !!

Well made and blends well with Forrest background. Light and breathable.
