I love Cuisinart! Everything I have purchased of theirs is top-notch and these knives are no exception! The blades are sharp,. the block is nice, and the set is attractive.

When I tell you I’m an obsessed with this set, I am OBSESSED with it. I wasn’t sure what to expect, and I wasn’t too optimistic for anything that would exceed my expectations. When I unpacked and started to set it up, I was a little hesitant because the handles seemed to have some kind of slight staining on some of them - which was easy to see since they are white. Once cleaned, they were ready to use to prep dinner that night. Let me just point out that the Santoktu knife is my absolute favorite, and is so effortlessly smooth. It cut through everything with absolute ease, no pressure, and so precise. The steak knives are also so good and I love that they are smooth blades not jagged.

These are very sharp, so you do need to be careful, but they work great! I love the white color—it looks clean and elegant. Great value for what you get.

I changed out all my countertop decor to white and so this fit the color scheme. However, after the first wash in the dishwasher with the heat dry setting on my dishwasher, several of them have rust stains that I’m not able to remove. They still work well and still look great, but that would be why I’m giving it four stars.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my mom as she has been dying for a better set of knives. I still live with her currently, so we both use this set. There were no missing utensils, it has a variety of knives, and everything has been quite durable. The only issue would be the paint of the handles if you really care about appearances. I bought the red set and there were blotches and scratches where the paint is kind of pinker/white, it’s only noticeable if you look at them up-close. These knives are also incredibly sharp! My mom tried them after getting them and said it was so must easier to chop/cut things now. Recently I’ve also had the misfortune of dropping one of these knives and it easily cut some skin on my toe (thankfully it’s a small cut and only a slice, not stabbed/pierced). It’s a very good set for the price.

First thing noticed the knife blade scratched easy when cleaning didn’t worry to much Then I drop one knife from a foot to ground getting out of dishwasher and Handel snapped and then it’s been about a months and all knifes are showing signs of spot rust
