The smell is really horrible, the effect I didnโt feel as it was described

When taking the recommended max dose of 2 pills it does seem to produce a slight calming effect. Overall achieves the desired effect before bed time. I use a tissue when handling these pills or the foul smell sticks to the fingers and hard to wash off.
