I purchased this handsome chair two years ago, and I waited to submit a review until we had a chance to put it through its paces. It has taken a lot of wear and tear on a daily basis, but still looks and feels brand new. The color has remained the same, with no fading or spotting. The upholstery fabric is very soft and velvety to the touch and makes for comfortable seating. Although it’s plushy, it stands up to the wear. It sits in the den of our home, which typically runs cold. The heating feature is great, especially in the winter, and can be set on a timer. Well thought out safety feature. Treating yourself to a massage is one of the best features it has. Especially when you’re fully reclined. The four storage pockets and two cup holders (which pop in and out easily for cleaning) make this a chair to fight over. It has a small footprint for a recliner, and requires only a few inches of wall clearance in the back. The usb ports on the side really come in handy as well, and have multiple uses. I would note that this chair is a comfortable fit for small to average sized people, so if you need extra room in your chair, consider something larger. Overall, we love it and recommend it highly.

I bought this chair to replace an old recliner and so far, it's great. I received it on August 24th and so far, everything works great. First, the assembly was extremely easy. All of the parts lock together with little or no trouble. The only part I had to press on a little bit was the back but even that didn't take much. The wires are very easy to access and the remotes are very simple to hook up. All you do is match colors and connector types. Second, the material is surprisingly soft for the price point. I have sat in the nude on this chair for a good period of time and it feels surprisingly good on my skin. This feels like a chair that I could actually sleep in, and I don't ever sleep in chairs. Finally third, the functions and adjustments for the powered part of the chair work great. The vibrations hit just the right points and aren't very loud. There's also 9 different settings for the vibration presets. The lumbar heater works okay if you don't have a shirt on, otherwise, you don't really feel it that much. The chair fully reclines in less than 10 seconds and puts you close to flat. Finally the complaints. The arms do move a little bit from side to side, but it's not excessive and isn't a structural weakness. The remote that came with the chair started acting up the day after I got it, however, the seller was very responsive and sent a replacement that showed up less than a week after I messaged him. Finally, the lumbar heater isn't very hot and you pretty much need to be shirtless to really feel it. None of these complaints are major or affected my rating for this chair. Overall, this is an amazing chair that proves you don't need to spent $1000+ on a powered chair to get great quality and comfort. The complaints are super minor and have no bearing on how much I love this chair. If you are looking for a powered recliner with massagers and a heater, this is a must buy.

Chair arrived in 2 separate boxes, 1 day apart, as stated in the product description. The boxes were heavy and bulky, but it's an electric recliner chair so that was to be expected. The chair itself was easy to assemble, is super comfortable, and seems very sturdy. The motor powering the chair is quiet and it does not take very long to lift and lower the foot rest. The massage function is nice. I wish the back massager was located a bit lower, but it's not the chair manufacturer's fault that I'm short thus causing the back massager to hit more mid back than lower back. The one issue I have discovered, minor though it is, is that the chair has a tendency to tip forward if you don't have the foot rest completely lowered before standing up. I have only had the chair a week, but I am very pleased with it and have found no reason not to recommend its purchase. There was an initial problem of receiving the wrong model of chair (the warehouse shipped the manual model rather than the power model), but the seller responded to my contact the same day and quickly remedied the issue. They shipped the correct chair right away and did their best to make the return of the wrong chair as easy as possible. I received the correct chair less than a week later. The seller reached out to me after I received the correct chair to ensure everything was as it should be. I am very happy with the product and the communication with the seller was FANTASTIC!

I consider the color more of a maroon flash, brick, red,as opposed to the purple red burgundy. The material is not as luxurious as what it looks in the photograph it is soft and comfortable, but the fabric does look like cheaper quality fabric, which is outdated. The recliner was very easy to put together. The pictures helped identify the parts since it was not quite labeled the same if you will. But one person can assemble the recliner by themselves within a short amount of time. The massage works well/vibrating massage and also the heat device in the lumbar area. The remote works very well raising and loading the recliner. The recliner is quiet when reclining.. I appreciate the loops which hold the wiring for the remote which keeps him in the side pockets. That was a nice touch to prevent loss remotes down the side arms of the recliner, or on the floor or even just misplaced. My USB port did not work at all and when I called to the company, I was text and email address to send my complaint to as well as sending photos to verify that I indeed did assemble the product correctly. That did sound almost as an insult for them to ask me to do so, but I guess they are individuals who made makes the wires parentheses it’s almost impossible because no two configurations match in parentheses but I sent all the necessary required photos as asked, and I’m still waiting to hear back for the type of material and solidness of the recliner. I would say that it is a bit overpriced. The Stiness is hard to describe because the recliner can be moved by me a 65 year-old with one hand while it is on my carpet, so we’ll have to wait and see if it remains sturdy. I would be concerned about the cut of the side panels on the recliner, but it appears that that is just how the manufacturer decided to angle the side armrest. I have not seen any deficit and functions due to that shape. It can be viewed in the attached photos.

I love it but forget to get rocking and swivel. My bad but still love it

Chair arrived and looks beautiful. Very comfortable and easy for an older person to use. It actually assembled easily as well. Our issue was getting the heat to work. The massage functions fine they all the settings but the heat doesn’t come on. I saw other reviews with same issue so I contacted MCombo. Once I was in touch with the warranty dept and explained the issue - they sent another remote. Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. So I contacted them again and the sent out a new chair back and power box. I have connected all different configurations of new parts / old parts trying to find a combo that works and nothing. Now tho if I hold down the heat button for a few seconds the light next to BACK comes on but you can’t get it to turn off and you can’t get the massage to come on. Even the power button on the chair doesn’t do it. I have had to wrestle the heck out of this chair and it is still not working. Currently waiting on response from company to replace with a chair they have tested to work 100% or pick this on up. Pretty much over trying to fix their issue. Update: they are sending replacement chair. This entire ordeal has been quite frustrating- you expect to get what you ordered without issues. The company has responded and worked to resolve so that part is fantastic but not so sure it outweighs the struggle and troubleshooting.

Product exactly as described and so comfortable!! I got this for my bedroom so I could sit and watch TV and it is perfect! The reclining is smooth and runs perfectly. The massage and heat work great. There is noise with the vibration but that is to be expected. I gave this 5 star review as I would completely recommend this recliner!! I am so glad I purchased this and it arrived EARLY!!!
