Low cost. Fits my Barista Express well. Fits baskets well. Handle looks and feels nice. Pleased.

Got this portafilter to replace the stock one coming with Breville Bambino Plus. My plan was to use it with IMS Precision basket H24 14-18g (stock portafilter can not use IMS basket). Some other bottomless portafilters are very loose in Bambino. This one is perfect, not too tight, and definitely not loose. Like a stock one, but bottomless. Heard some feedbacks that the thread gets loose. To prevent it I added a tiny bit of blue threadlocker, and that worked perfectly! Only one complaint: there is a round part (hiding the thread connection), and it is quite thick. The problem with this - the portafilter does not stay flat when placed on a scale. But if I use it with the funnel, the added weight of coffee and funnel actually balances it out and it stays almost straight. Overall, would definitely recommend it to anybody who is looking for a naked portafilter for Bambino or Bambino Plus or any other 54mm machine.

I purchased this bottomless portafilter to use with my Breville Bambino. I’ve been pulling double shots and wanted to be able to actually see the pulls. This bottomless portafilter makes it so easy to do so! This portafilter feels heavy and high quality. Without a basket inside, it’s super easy to lock into the machine. I use the double shot basket that the Breville Bambino comes with, and I do notice that with the basket inside, it becomes significantly harder to lock the portafilter into the machine. It definitely does lock, just not all the way and with the same ease it does without the basket. Other than that small nit, this portafilter works well with the Breville Bambino. This portafilter has also been a huge time saver in terms of cleaning. I simply dump out my puck, give the basket and portafilter a quick rinse, then towel dry before locking it into the machine. One thing to note, though, is that when you first receive the item, it may not be screwed together all the way. Upon first opening it, the handle and head were screwed loose, and I was able to completely unscrew it while trying to lock it into my machine. This is super easy to fix, though, as you can just tightly screw the pieces back together by hand. Overall would recommend, especially as a Breville Bambino user if you don’t mind the locking issue. Maybe purchase a different basket to remedy this!

شكله ممتاز وقوي بس اللون في الصوره غامق واللي وصلني فاتح شوي
