Very good product. Very minor leakage in the box in was sent in but didn’t soak to the outside of the box. One of the very best penetrating oils made.

Yes, it is crazy expensive. 3-5x the price of the competition. NOT well known. No advertising. Limited availability. But wow. This stuff really works. The hype is real. The drip cap is quirky; don't break it. Used just a few drops on some very heavily rusted parts that had been sitting for 20 years. A few minutes later, they came apart easily. Count me impressed. This 8-ounce can is probably a lifetime supply for most homeowners. Cannot believe this has been around for 80+ years. If you need something that may or may not work and have a thin wallet, buy one of the many choices at the big box store. If you have expensive parts that absolutely need to come apart, pay the price. You will not be disappointed

OK, THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! Buy a Goldenrod Thumb Pump W/Flex Spout-One Small Can Fills It. Much Cheaper in the long run than buying 16.5oz Aerosol Spray Cans.

This stuff reeks, absolutely a "windows open" kind of oil, but I'll be damned if it doesn't work extremely well. I had stuck bolts that wouldn't be set free even with brake cleaner or WD-40, and this stuff was able to penetrate deep into the threads and knock the offending gunk loose, making my life a breeze. It's a bit pricy for sure, but it beats acetylene in terms of leaving parts intact.

Well, I had some mechanic friends who swore by Kroil oil for untwisting corroded stuff. It took a while to get the Kroil oil shipped. I used it on a white metal end of a hose that corroded to a brass tap in the garden. And that oil stinks! I was careful to cover around the tap so the oil that dripped off could be discarded and not ruin that area. It did not penetrate the corrosion (hard minerals from water) as fast or as thoroughly as I expected from my friends' rave reviews. After several applications of hours each, I was able to make a groove to use a hacksaw on and thereby get the darn hose off the tap. The Kroil never untwisted the parts. Maybe the corrosion damaged the threads, I don't know. The tap threads had some mineral, so I guess the Kroil helped with that, but I had to use a toothbrush to get in the threads, it was never strong enough to just clear everything. The smell lingered for a week around the tap despite my careful covering. I got a drop on my wrist and ran inside to get it off. My hand stunk for 3 days, even with tons of water, baby oil, baking soda, castile soap, goo be gone, but didn't burn me. Scared me though. I have enough Kroil oil to last 50 years, so that's annoying, to have to find a hazardous waste disposal to get rid of it since I don't plan to use it again. Might be fantastic on rusted engine head bolts, but not hose fitting of some dubious soft white alloy. Your mileage might vary.

Best Penetrating oil hands down. Works quickly no matter how rusted a bolt is. Been using this for many many years and it’s never let me down. Just a few drops usually gets the job done. A can should last the average person many years.

best for Rusted frozen fasteners.

It worked great on the frozen element on the hot water heater. I put some on a day or two before the impact bit arrived. It wouldn't budge before, tightened it to crack it loose, then it spun off like magic. Really penetrates through anything. Be careful getting it on your hands or face, it has a really strong smell and may cause skin irritation...i was careless, i could smell it for two days!

Magical stuff. Easily kills of rust and helps removal of rusty bolts and nuts and screws.

A little bit (a few drops) goes a long way ! Give it a few minutes to seep in . 5 to 10 minutes should do for best outcome.
