Nothing New. Not Helpful. Bad printing.
This book can be described in a bumper sticker: If you think you can, you can. I think it was printed in someone's basement. A chart starts on one page, and doesn't make any sense; until you turn the page and see the bottom of it. Jeez. I can TYPE better than that. Much less publish a book. Don't waste your money.

I found this book very practical and helpful
I really enjoyed this book... it was a quick, easy read and was full of very actionable advice about establishing positive, productive mindsets that can help set you on a great path in life. I’ve recently been through several years of some personal challenges and feel as though I’ve been on a long, slow uphill climb to get to where I want to be. Reading this book, I found that certain things resonated with me as positive steps I’ve already been taking, but I will now enact them more consciously and purposefully on a daily basis. Other thoughts offered completely new angles for me to take. Having just finished reading it moments ago, I feel really good! I’m looking forward to taking on life’s ongoing challenges armed with some new constructive spins on my mindset.

Empowering words
I enjoy this book because it highlights the most important ways to harness a meaning life through understanding how our mind is the compass to how we want to be in the moment. Through intentions and simple reminders we can live a more fulfilling life by just being present and not sway from our ability to be content.

So far, so great
I haven't finished this book, but it's a great book for young students, adults off the track, and recurrent training (or refreshers). The reason that many, many people should read this book is that the research and theories are understood simply. Oftentimes, self-improvement or psychology books are too sparse in the real topic as summarizations. Pete gives you the important facts and has the ability for the layman to understand well.Certainly, you will see yourself in each chapter and lead us to tasks and abilities to improve life.

Helpful Book
Some of us tend to forget that success in life is entirely up to us. This book reminds us that developing the right mindsets ensures that we have control of our lives. By emphasizing quick application of what we learned this book serves both as a guide and prompt to action. I enjoyed my first reading of it, and I expect to reread it over and over as I generate action plans to implement what I have read.

An easy-read and a very effective self-improvement book
The material of the book chapters, takeaways at the end of each chapter and the summary at the end of the book are very well thought through. The logical approach with clear examples that Peter Hollins used in writing this book are refreshing and highly commendable for anyone searching and striving to handle challenges if and when they arise in the course of one’s life.To effectively benefit from this book I recommend re-reading it as many times as circumstances permit.

Inspirational
I would like to say that this book is both inspirational and very instructive it isn't vague or unclear in what the author is trying to portray and inform you on

Good tools it's up to us to put into practice
Hollins does bring together a range of mental tools, approaches and philosophies that will undoubtedly improve performance and even the quality of life - if applied. The difficult part is getting these practices off the page and into your life. Some of the big ideas he recommends are big topics in their own right with whole volumes written about them (being present / gratitude / stoicism). Hollins just gives the briefest summary which is OK if that's all you're after. As it happens I was looking for a summation of good practices in how to think more productively and more clearly - and in that respect he does a great job. Overall very good and recommended

Insightful and practical
This book covers a lot of ground. There is plenty of detail to allow the reader to make practical changes and put the ideas into the practice. Enough reference is made to academic studies and other material to validate the ideas but not so much as to distract. The summaries of the chapters are especially helpful as is the final book summary.
