Sweet Meal Griessbrei ( Semolina Porridge ) -92g

I use to eat Grießbrei as a child growing up in Germany. This definitely brings back memories. It's so easy to make, the quality is a expected from Dr. Oetker products. My husband who is American used Google translate to follow the instructions and it came out perfect. It has a subtle hint of vanilla it is not too sweet, simply perfect. My husband liked it so much, he's going to make more this morning. Guess I will be buying more.

It tastes really good. I love it with some fruit.

Took me back home to Germany when I was a child

Dr Oetker makes some great products that are easy to prepare and taste great. I know Americans eat Grits usually with cheese or as a non sweet breakfast dish, but growing up in Germany im used to the sweet version and prefer it. The quality is great, the cost for one packet is ridiculous (thanks to import costs). It’s a rare treat I’ll get for the ease of making it and memories. The rest I’ll have to make the old fashioned way (boiling, waiting, adding, etc.).

Geschmack halbwegs okay, aber die Konsistenz gleicht einer Suppe. Dieses Produkt hat nichts mit Grießbrei zu tun! Der Preis ist daher eine Frechheit!

Feiner, cremiger Griesbrei, einfach in der Zubereitung und sehr schmackhaft mit Schattenmorellen oder abgekochten Apfel oder Birnenscheiben serviert. Muss nicht mejr gesüßt werden.
