The ingredient list covers the basicsโvitamins A through E, the B family, along with minerals like zinc, selenium, and magnesium. For someone past 50, itโs reassuring to see attention to bone, immune, and heart health in one pill. That said, the tablet size is on the large side. Even taking it with a full glass of water, I sometimes notice it catching on the way down. If youโve ever had trouble swallowing bigger pills, this is something to keep in mind. The tablets also have that classic vitamin smell, which doesnโt bother me but could be off-putting for some. I havenโt noticed any stomach upset when taking it with food, and the once-daily format makes it easy to stay consistent. Easy Swallow !
My main concern before buying this vitamin, was how big the pill is. I generally have issues with swallowing big pills. This is the first Mens' Multivitamin of its size that I have NO trouble swallowing. Must be its shape and coating. Can't comment on how good its health benefits are. But Bronson as a very good reputation and has been around a long time.
