Damaged item. Disappointing customer service.
The product design is nice. The candle has no scent. The wick is pretty long. And it seems to last a while. With all that said, one of the candles arrived damaged from the top. Unfortunately, customer service is terrible. I tried to return using the basic Amazon feature. It didn’t work because additional steps are required. I tried other ways of communicating, but couldn’t get through. Very disappointed. I hate leaving bad reviews.

Happy But a Little Disappointed
I liked the price because I'm in a budget and it does burn well. That being said I was was a little disappointed with the burning time. I lit it Midnight Saturday and it's about to go out Tuesday 11AM. That is not a 7 day candle. Nut I would buy it again. Plus I loved the Our Father Prayer On each candle.
