Can this be used to observe planets?

It will let you look at the moon but planets just appear as a small blurry dot. It works great for looking across a lake or field. It is only slightly more powerful than 10x50 binoculars

Is the eye piece removable ?

The device that holds the phone has thumb screws used to clamp it on the eyepiece of the spotting scope and the second one is to align the camera to the center of the eyepiece of the spotting scope. The spotting scope functions independently.

does this come with tripod?

It comes with a mini tripod. But missing the instruction manual.

Does this come with a bag?
