Petite consistance

Hair gel
I haven't used it yet but one thing I do know is ....This isn't really glow in the dark. Glow in the dark stuff actually glows in the dark! This doesn't. The only time it glows is when you are in black UV light. It can't be just black light (the older light builds) but it needs a UV black light. But when you turn the black light off, it doesn't glow. It literally only glows when your in UV black light. So.....That kinds sucks.... Because I was looking for something that does glow in the dark after the lights turned off....
