I have cognitive problems because of rare neurological manifestations of Celiac Disease. I take a prescription focus medication that does help; but not enough. Over the last nine years since my diagnosis, I've worked hard to help my brain health. I eat an anti-inflammatory diet. I exercise six days a weeks. I've tried many supplements with no real results. I was familiar with Dr Perlmutter's work on brain health and was intrigued to try this product.I gave it a few months trial period. At the end of two months of daily use, I suddenly noticed I could remember strings of numbers. That was HUGE for me. I've done three different neuro-physic evaluations (brain function testing) in the past.Test results since 2008.1. 2008 initial test showed my brain function at 9-11% of what should be expected for someone with my educational background, age and IQ.2. 2009 (following six months of a strict gluten free diet) showed a marked improvement of 50-65% in all areas.3. 2011 (approximately 10 days after being accidentally exposed to gluten in my food), back down to 10-15%.While I've not been tested again, since beginning this supplement, I am conscious of a huge improvement in my cognitive abilities and it seems to get better with each passing month. I'm pleased, to say the least.

Works for me. I just reordered more. Started by taking only 1/day (recommended is 2/day). Noticed a difference - less foggy brain, etc. But nothing substantial. Went up to recommended dosage - 2/day - and definitely a difference. Way less brain fog, seem to remember more. Overall, a great difference and will continue to use. Large pill size, yes, but still able to take both at once with water.

I used to take this supplement everyday and loved it !! It really helped my ability to stay focused & my memory. Plus gave me some energy. With no side effects. When Garden of Life was sold, it was out of stock for at least a year. I was so happy when it became available. But, they have changed the ingredients!! Now I can't take it. It causes me to be light headed, gives me a headache and just a feeling of being unwell. I have no idea what change is causing the side effects? But I am so very disappointed as this was the only supplement of this kind that actually worked , made me feel more energetic and gave me no bad side effects. I wish they would go back to the original ingredients. I am thinking the old ones may have been labeled as for Adults 50+. Not sure about that though. I sure wish I still had one of the old boxes @ container. Maybe I could see exactly what has changed.
