Found this when my crappy clawfoot bathtub shower option started leaking. It worked great and is really high quality. Great value. Only have a couple complaints. For clawfoot bathtubs you do need : gotonovo Clawfoot Tub 3-3/8 Inch Adapter I also took the recommendation of another reviewer and got the 12" extension. Also definitely needed. As several other reviewers pointed out, it does not come with the pipe locks for the back of the wall/tub. You'll need to get those yourself. Even if you get the clawfoot adapter addon, you'll also need some washers to go with the locks. My 2 complaints are, if you extend the shower all the way up, it will start to leak out of the wall brace. No where does it warn you about that. So make sure to not extend it too far, and check before you secure it to the wall or you will be leaking against your wall. My only other complaint is that it doesn't extend very far outward into the tub. So i wish there was an adapter or a way to make it stick farther out into the tub. But still highly recommended for price/features/ease of install. And definitely the best option for clawfoot tub owners. Water flow is very nice. Love the quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Our tub was old and had the hot and cold valves coming out of the wall almost 12" apart. This design has 8" on center valves. It comes with adapters that can give you another 1" of width wider for each side for a total of 10" on center but it wasn't enough. We had to cut into the wall and remove the t junction that sends water from the two hot/cold valves and down to the faucet. We had to splice in a single straight pipe on each side with no t junction which allowed the water to flow out into each valve and not down and out the old faucet. Install took almost 3 hours not including the drywall repair. In the end it looks great and seems quality. No leaks or issues yet. A more modern tub or different valve set up may have made this install a LOT easier. I was just not set up in the ideal configuration for this product.

We purchased a cabin that had an old clawfoot tub that leaked with no shower extension. We wanted to preserve the tub versus installing a shower kit so began the search for a faucet and shower extension. We could not be more pleased with this product! Due to a preexisting leak, we hired a plumber to fix the drain and had him install the faucet hardware while he was at it. He found the materials to be well made and easy to install. We then completed the shower extension portion on our own. With no previous plumbing experience, we found the instructions easy to follow and the attractive hardware gave the old tub new life. Because our shower faucet was not connected to the wall but ran from the faucet to the ceiling, we did require an extension. The representative not only followed up with us within a few hours on all exchanges, they were always friendly, answered our questions, and reimbursed us for the extension (which was a bonus). It is one thing to have a good product but to also have great customer service makes this company worth supporting.

Update at 1 year. Shower head rusted and had stress cracks all the way around the head. Contacted vendor and they replaced it quickly and without any issues. Really appreciate the prompt attention to warranty! You can't really tell in the photos, but the distance from the shower head to the handles is too close. I'm not a large person at all, and if I bend over to wash my feet/legs...well...let's just say the metal can get a bit personal. Installation is tricky but can be figured out. The shower head is loose and it takes forever to drain the water. I wanted a set that I could adjust the temperature and water flow separately, and it does that really well. Overall, it's really good looking, but does have a few issues to take note of.

Is this just too cool or what? My new shower is so easy now I love the whole look of this shower system and at first I tried a different head for stronger water pressure but later found I had an outside leak so this original shower head went back on and I love it!! , and in the winter when my water is shut off outside for the dogs I can still put a bucket in my shower and fill it up, "-) I love the shower head and the knobs are old style like the porcelain look.. they really look good for being plastic, but the company whom makes this product also gives a Lifetime Warranty. when I first installed this my diverter leaked and I had to video the leak for them and they replaced it right away. When installing this FOLLOW THEIR DIRECTIONS and you won't have any troubles.
