Nite Ize, Inc. GT64-01-R6 Original Gear Rubber Twist Tie, 64" -2 Pack, Black

Lately I have fallen in love with these Nite Ize gear ties. I have them from 3" all the way to 64". I temporarily used this to hang a wreath while determining christmas decoration locations. I've used the 32" ones to wrap up hoses while winterizing. The uses are plentiful and being able to reuse them after tying up something to hanging something to letting the kids get creative building objects with them is great. I also have a 16" one set up hanging off my desk as a place to hang my headphones to keep them out of the way and from being beaten up. If you have the money to go for a higher quality item that won't let you down, get one of these. You'll wonder why you need one so long until you start finding that interesting use that you didn't realize you had.

I own several of these in different lengths and keep them on hand. Looking for a way to keep your youngsters from opening the gate and letting the dogs out? Put a short on the gate supports at the top! Looking for a way to keep people from coming up on the porch uninvited. Put a bigger one around the gate and pillar! I could go on . . . . . they're wonderful and well made. Recommended.

Only received one even though the product description says 2pack.

I use a motorized scooter in a senior living community. My scooter is over-size because I can't bend one leg, so the extra length at the front of the scooter makes it difficult for me to reach door knobs. I attach one of these ties to the doorknob and pull on it to open the door. I choose the length of the tie based on how hard it is to reach the knob and how much I have to use to wrap around the door knob/handle. Some doors have a large handle rather than a conventional knob, and I use a 6' gear tie to securely attach the tie to the handle and then allow enough length to make a loop to pull.

Love the tie. But it apparently is NOT a 2 pack. It seems that I am only able to return it if I do not like it. But I do. Just wish the description matched.

This thing rocks! Tie and bind to hearts desire!! I use this as a phone holder, mirror holder, book holder.. endless uses in bathroom and workshop. Great to have around the house for odd-jobs.

The item name says its a 64"- 2pack and it definitely is not a 2 pack. The description goes on to say it's a single piece so it's says one thing and then another. Change the name please!!!

If your not using gear-ties in your life, you have been living under a rock and could be SO MUCH MORE ORGANIZED! I never knew they made them this large, so when I saw them it was a no-brainer. Used them this year to attach my Summit Vipor SD to my Badlands Superday Pack, and worked like a charm! Also worked nice for wrapping my rifle, shooting stick, and field stool together to strap to my pack for ground hunts.
