how much does the 28 in suitcase weigh?

I weighed it with my luggage scale is 10.62 lbs...

I’m assuming the 20” is 22” with wheels. Which makes it ok for carry on Can anyone confirm this ?

No it's 20" including the wheels. Amazon lists bags in the wrong format. it should be by the actual case dimensions like most luggage but they mislead you by including the wheels.

I purchased the 28" suitcase and the approximate dimensions are as follows: Height (bottom of wheels to top of case) - 29" width - 19" depth - 12"

Can i pack on both sides of the 30”

Yes you can got 3 plus weeks of vacation clothes in it was very impressed with how much I was able to take.
