Where are these made?

Hey I don't care if you say made in China or USA. I'm a soldier and love my county. That being said you guys have a awesome product that I use to strap down my custom 2019 CVO Street Glide that's got about $75,000 wrapped up into her and I trust your product to make sure my bike makes it to its destination safe and sound without a scratch. Is this product made in the USA ?

No, they are made in China, even though if you search for made-in-the-USA ratchet straps, these show up. Powertye brand are made in the USA and state country of origin USA. I hope this helps.

These can be used to secure a dirt bike in a utility trailer for transportation, right?

When this says motorcycle you should specify dirt bikes with 7/8 bars max. Standard street bike is 1 inch and the sure don't fit that unless you wrap to around. Hooks don't work on anything beyond 7/8 inch.
