I continue to buy these. They are great for my history of plantar fasciitis. I have them in most every shoe I own. I walk quite a bit, so my main tennis shoe pads wear out after about 4-5 months. They have worked well for me.

Surprisingly useful! I bought the smaller red inserts and would highly recommend these for anyone who has felt pain in their heel after a long day. There is no arch support in this product, so if you need arch support as well, just go buy a full sole and cut to size. Pro: Makes shoes very comfy for my heel. Adds 2+ hours to my high heel walking, 4+ hours to flats and heels. Doesn't seem to wear away Sticks to my bare foot via the power of sweat Dirty and unsticky? Rinse with water, let dry on a smooth non-paper surface, peel off the newly sticky heels! Fits in sandals and covered shoes Con: The sticky layer gets rubbed away quickly and the actual rubber will slide non-smooth surfaces When they slide, often forward, they rub on the arch and the raised back edge pokes into my heel, not painful, but slightly annoying until I can find a place to readjust. The red color insert! Why?! I could hide these so well in my sandals if they didn't have that patch of red. Gets super dirty super quickly. It attracts all dirt, including sock lint, so it becomes progressively less sticky throughout the day (assuming you washed it that morning/night before) and moves more. The raised edges on the side rub against my arch sometimes. Slightly annoying feeling. I wish the smaller bit blended into the shoe a bit more, rather than having a "bump" where the heel meets sole of the shoe.

I purchased these to help alleviate the pain of my plantars fasciitis however there was no relief. They add slight comfort to a show for the average foot but not helpful for any pain symptoms as others have stated

Dr Scholls recently changed how they make their heel cups! TERRIBLE DESIGN! Thanks for staying with this design. Please do not change these! These stay good but eventually do wear out the spot I have my heel spurs so I need to buy another 3 every so often.

I made one mistake in my video I said that the running shoes that I have are “Asics adrenaline 19” they are not a six they are “Brooks adrenaline 19” I repeat Brooks adrenaline 19, the latest model in the Brooks line of running shoes for overpronators. Also good for just walking they are great shoes but again they are not Asics they are “Brooks “!!!!! I made a mistake I wanted to correct this before you see the video. I can’t even begin, there enough room here to tell you how bad these are! I’m going to try and upload a video which I have never done in all of my years of Amazon it’s not going to be a good video because I am not good at videos but I hope you get the point so you can see for yourself that I am not just “a bunch of words“. Bottom line don’t waste your money on these or, waste your money, try them and see for yourself! It’s crazy it’s absolutely crazy this is what gets me the inside of the card this is what the seller/inventor quotes, and I will Quote verbatim, This comes in the box with the shoes this is what it says, “our story, I needed to get my Happy mom back. I swear to you it is the honest to God‘s truth and mind you, Yes these are ready are in the mail to go back UPS.

these are very helpful

I use these for my composite toe work tennis shoes I work 10 hour shifts and have plantar fasciitis. They do help give me comfort with my added insoles I do not have heel pain when I use them. I don't like the sticky residue that is left on the bottom and top of the heel pads to help them stay in place in the shoe. It collects sock fuzz that I have to peel off before I use them the next day. If I put them in a little off I end up getting a blister or they rub raw one side of my foot. Overall they work they do what they're supposed to do I believe they could just be made better I'm going to keep using them until I find something of a better quality.

Very comfortable, these make walking a lot easier.

Nice and comfortable and it is helping with my heel spur but the adhesive on the bottom is not strong enough so it moves when inserting foot into shoe.

J'ai des douleurs au talon. L'épine le noir et beaucoup de calcification, ça fait que j'ai des douleurs lorsque je marche avec des souliers. Avec ces talonnettes, je ressens moins mon mal.

As others had mentioned, this is sticky on both sides. Also the largest size is still kinda small and my feet are only an adult size 8. However, it gets the job done as you do get a bit of heel cushioning. I noticed my heel dont get too uncomfortable anymore with these on. All in all a 3 star. So so quality but gets the job done for a low price.

Not helpful for heal pain. Have more pain with these than without. They are not very soft and the shape is not natural underfoot. Avoid and save a few bucks.
