Wood Stain

This stain is brilliant in every way, coverage, colour, ease of use and cleaning. I used it on expensive wooden garden furniture I originally bought a lighter colour but not happy so went for darker and its perfect, I must point out that another reviewer said that this Dark Oak was a strange red colour but I can attest mine wasn’t and produced a perfect dark oak (see photo)

Super easy to use, we used the danish oil to finish and it really made the wood grain pop! before and after attached! It dried super quick and was cheap for how good it is. Used about 3/4 of one bottle to do the whole king bed

Excellent product. The wood stain worked very well on the outside rail and given it a new lease of life.

Worked well easy to apply

The 250ml bottle of dark oak stain that I received from Amazon looked as though it was second or third hand. Despite the seal being intact, the brown label was white around the edges, as though it had been handled a great deal before it became mine. There is no indication of production date on the label so I guess I'll never know the age of it. Despite this, the product was reasonable to use, though I had expected a darker finish after two coats. It was easy to apply and the colour is a nice cool-toned dark oak. Not sure if I would purchase again but I will use this up on a few small projects.

The price on this was incredibly reasonable but I would suggest leaving it on for less time than it reccomends and building it up to the desired colour. It was very fast acting. Little to no odour and very easy to use for a novice like me. It also goes quite a long way. The only reason for 4 start is that it was slightly leaking around the opening when I recieved it so a little bit mucky to open but It hasn't leaked since.

Great product. Very rich color and easy to use. I have used store brands before but this was very good. If you’re not sure about the color choose something lighter because it does dry quickly and soaks in instantly when you don’t use a wood conditioner first which I never have. I only did one coat. I used it on unfinished pine and topped it with wax because I wanted more of a matte finish. I applied it with a sponge cloth. I’m still debating if I want to do black accents on my pieces so I may buy the ebony color next.

I bought this to cover some wooden frames. It worked perfectly. And it was easy to use it. The color is just like described.

It's an amazing product, I had to change the finish of one of my furniture which already had hobey finish done on it. I used dark oak over it after sanding it slightly and it came out amazing. It's easy to use, stays on the wood very well, and it's odourless and non toxic that makes it a perfect choice for customisation at home.
