How can you buy by small med etc? what about cup size? What's "True to size without cup size?

The chart tells you what size to buy. I wear a 38D. Chart says 2XL. 2XL fits perfectly.

Is this running girl high impact sports bras for women good for busty women: 36 d size? some reviews say not for high impact v. product description?

I'm 36DD and enjoy the support it gives when I go for a run. I bought a large.

Can you wear in the pool?

I haven’t personally but I do not see why you couldn’t. Now that you’ve mentioned it I might use mine for bikini tops in the summer.

Where is the size chart?

If you go through the pictures the size chart is listed. I wear 38c and got a large. Fits perfectly and the best feature is the padding is stitched in. I bought several so I don’t have to wash so much.
