The Yogamatters Aqua Evolve yoga mat is made from a unique combination of EVA foam and algae from lakes and ponds. Algae blooms pose a major problem for communities around the world causing eco-systems to become out of balance. They are caused by factors such as climate change, water pollution from agriculture, industry and society. Our partners at BLOOM have found an innovative way of helping the environment by turning algae blooms into eco-foams for use in products. Uses reclaimed/recycled materials certified by the Global Recycling Standard (GRS) Eco-friendly Vegan Lightweight and portable at 750 grams Free from toxic chemicals and dyes 5mm thickness for super cushioning The Yogamatters Aqua Evolve yoga mat is made from a unique combination of EVA foam and algae from lakes and ponds During algae harvesting, the algae is separated from the water and the clean, filtered and oxygenated water is returned back into the environment. Helping to restore the eco-system. Algae also absorbs and traps CO2 from the atmosphere through the process of photosynthesis. When the algae is harvested, the CO2 comes along with it, which means cleaner air too! For every mat, 64 litres of cleaned water are returned to the local habitat as well as 40 cubic metres of clean air. A little bit slippy. Review: Lovely lightweight mat for travel - I love the super lightweight material which means you can have a 5mm thick mat thats not too heavy for travel. I also love the length and the eco aspect. My only slight complaint is it could be wider. ## Features - 60cm x 190cm x 5mm; 0.8kg - Oeko-tex 100 - Made from foam and algae - Uses reclaimed/recycled materials certified by the Global Recycling Standard (GRS) - Lightweight and portable at 750 grams ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08Z78D3G4 | | Best Sellers Rank | 119,825 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 452 in Yoga Mats | | Brand | Yogamatters | | Brand Name | Yogamatters | | Colour | aqua | | Country of Origin | EspaΓ±a | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 5 Reviews | | Item Dimensions L x W x Thickness | 190L x 60W x 0.5Th centimetres | | Material | EVA foam and Algae | | Number of items | 1 | | Product Care Instructions | Wipe clean using Yogamatters Yoga Mat Cleaner | | Product care instructions | Wipe clean using Yogamatters Yoga Mat Cleaner | | Product dimensions | 190L x 60W x 0.5Th centimetres | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Yogamatters - **Colour:** aqua - **Material:** EVA foam and Algae - **Product care instructions:** Wipe clean using Yogamatters Yoga Mat Cleaner - **Product dimensions:** 190L x 60W x 0.5Th centimetres ## Images ![– Yogamatters Aqua Evolve Yoga Mat 5mm | Sustainable, Non-Toxic and Vegan | Non-Slip Exercise Mat for Yoga, Pilates, Gym and Fitness - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51FsSVzPJaL.jpg) ![– Yogamatters Aqua Evolve Yoga Mat 5mm | Sustainable, Non-Toxic and Vegan | Non-Slip Exercise Mat for Yoga, Pilates, Gym and Fitness - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81EFmWlSWML.jpg) ![– Yogamatters Aqua Evolve Yoga Mat 5mm | Sustainable, Non-Toxic and Vegan | Non-Slip Exercise Mat for Yoga, Pilates, Gym and Fitness - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81r1Krl8fjL.jpg) ![– Yogamatters Aqua Evolve Yoga Mat 5mm | Sustainable, Non-Toxic and Vegan | Non-Slip Exercise Mat for Yoga, Pilates, Gym and Fitness - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81DbcnQqeUL.jpg) ![– Yogamatters Aqua Evolve Yoga Mat 5mm | Sustainable, Non-Toxic and Vegan | Non-Slip Exercise Mat for Yoga, Pilates, Gym and Fitness - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81CLwCWWrhL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful mat *by C***. on 4 March 2026* Beautiful colour and subtle pattern, rolls up well, comfortable to use.
