Polish Chrome Laser Engraved Lexus Stainless Steel USA License Plate Frame with Engraved Steel Logo Screw Cap Combo 12.25" X 6.5"

The plate arrived and looked beautiful....at first.Unfortunately with our very first snow both the front and back plate began to rust horribly. I've never seen anything like it. I contacted customer service and was told that I need to "Please try to use coke to clean the frame. This happen cuz you must be in an snowing area and it have salt in the snow. The rust is only on the surface of the frame, it can be wipe off". I responded that it wasn't realistic to go out and buy coke and clean the frame every time I drove throughout the winter months. The rust spread within a matter of a few weeks and the plate is ruined. I was informed because I had the plate for 3 months they will not issue a refund. Terrible license plate frame and terrible customer service.

Beautiful plate holders. Fit great and look awesome. Not cheap but worth it.

The license plate that appears in the photo IS NOT what I paid for. The bottom of the plate is silver not BLACK as shown in the photo. I'm planning on returning the plate ASAP!
