What is the difference between vulcanizing cement and vulcanizing fluid? I am pretty confused and don't know which one to buy. please help.

Back in the day heat had to be used to have the patch bond with the tire (ex. Using flame to create the bond). Now it is done chemically with the rubber cement. It is a modern patch process where you can add the rubber cement, place the patch, and it binds in its own. This is the way to go.

Will this work on vinyl by chance? I think i know, but asking to ask...

Can I use this for cracking tires on a vechicle?

Not a good adhesive. Would not hold a small piece piece of rubber flap gashed into a sidewall. Do not recommend this product

Can this be used on inner tubes with the bell automotive 22-5-08814-m monkey grip patch kit can ????

I can't see any reason why not. I'm very impressed with the results when I've used it. I have used it with tire patches on boots and it has held up very well.
