is there a cargo pocket on both legs

Hi, Thank you for contacting us regarding our JCB Essential Work Cargo Trousers. I confirm this product only has one cargo pocket on the left leg of the Trouser. Regards PSF Online - the home of JCB & Worktough Clothing.

whats the leg measurements on the 38 waist

Not sure about the 38 waist, however I think they are good work trousers, feel & fit well and I am 33 inside leg, they are in between a standard trouser and the trade type with fewer external pockets but still look smart and sufficient for my use.
