I bought these knee pads mainly for dancing, and they’ve been really good so far. The quality feels excellent and the padding is thick enough to provide good protection and support without feeling overly bulky. They’re also surprisingly comfortable and breathable, which makes a big difference during longer sessions. The fit feels secure and they stay in place well without constantly sliding down or needing adjustment while moving around. The knee pads feel stable once on and provide a nice level of cushioning and slight warmth around the knees, which adds extra comfort during practice. Overall, they feel durable, supportive and practical, and I think they offer very good value for money for dancing and similar activities.

Perfect for dancing! I ordered a small as I have thin legs and they fit well! Not too tight, but definitely not loose. They won't be falling off. The pads themselves aren't too big and they're nice and soft. Overall really comfortable, would recommend. Love them!

Absolutely perfect for volleyball, reduces pain when sliding and comfortable fit. Also love how its not too bulky and looks nice.

Used this for intense dance practice and it was soft and effective. I was able to do knee drops with no issues which I could not do before and the performance was well received. Good padding and easy to wash for durability and stability. A couple of my friends bought more and they were good value for money.

Was really pleased with these at first as they were really comfortable, but unfortunately they do not wash well as the knee pad seem to disappear.

This is the second time we have purchased these knee pads. We use them in our Rehab centre for our instructors who kneel alot when working with clients. comfortable , light weight and easy to wash.

These are great! I am 156cm, small size was perfect. The pads are really bouncy, absolutely what I need! The only issue was a little hole, which I will fix of course, just a little thing which was not perfect.

Es cómoda, no aprieta demasiado como las rodilleras para rodillas lesionadas. Pero es firme y se mantiene en posición. Brinda una protección muy razonable en caídas pero no es voluminosa en absoluto. Las tallas que refieren son reales. Gran valor del producto para su precio.

I purchased these after looking for ages and they are perfect I didn’t want a supporting knee pad I just wanted to be able to kneel with cushioning. I have sone physio exercises that ask me to try to kneel on one leg to floor but without cushioning it hurt - because floor too hard on knee - these cushion beautifully. I purchased large as I didn’t want pressure on legs and to wear over pants . Large is perfect
