Me gustó mucho y lo recomiendo! Review: Alternative for ADHD/ASD stimulation vests - I wanted a weighted vest to help me keep calm and focus. The market for adult vests is quite niche. I ordered the 4lb vest because I wanted to keep the impact on my shoulders less. It feels like wearing a backpack with a few books in it. I am a smaller person so the front clip was a good fit, but for larger chest sizes the vest strap my not fit. The extra phone strap thing is cool. The zippers clink together and make noise, so I covered on in tape. Would not recommend using while jumping. ## Features - MADE TO LAST: Made of premium chloroprene rubber, this weighted vest stays super rigid, breathable, soft and elastic even under extreme conditions, ideal for all sports lovers - ADJUSTABLE BUCKLE STRAPS & REFLECTIVE STRIPS: The integrated adjustable buckle strap is perfect for bust between 35~45 in.; elastic edge of this weight vest provides superior flexibility for workout, accommodating users of different sizes; reflective strips on both sides of the weight vest safeguard your safety even at night - INTEGRATED POCKETS: Thanks to the built-in pockets in the front and back of the vest, you can store belongings like keys, earbuds or a mobile phone in the pocket, allowing you to enjoy music in workout, no more missing calls or items - FINE CRAFTSMANSHIP & WASHABLE: Double stitches craftsmanship prevent sand leakage; thickened & widened shoulder delivers weight evenly and avoid shoulder fatigue, delighting your workout with ultimate convenience; this training vest is totally washable, hand washing is recommended - International products have separate terms, are sold from abroad and may differ from local products, including fit, age ratings, and language of product, labeling or instructions. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07518RBH2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #4,659 in Sporting Goods ( See Top 100 in Sporting Goods ) #14 in Strength Training Weight Vests | | Brand | ZELUS | | Brand Name | ZELUS | | Closure Type | Zipper | | Color | Black | | Colour | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 14,904 Reviews | | Item Weight | 12 Pounds | | Item weight | 12 Pounds | | Manufacturer | ZELUS | | Material | Neoprene | | Model Number | ZELUS FWV-CA-1 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | ZELUS FWV-CA-1 | | Product Style | Sports,Reflective | | Recommended Uses For Product | Running, Walking, Weight Loss | | Size | 12 Lb | | Special Features | Evenly distributed weights, adjustable straps, reflective strips for night safety | | Specific Uses For Product | Strength Training | | Style | Sports,Reflective | | Target Audience | Fitness Enthusiasts, Adults (Men and Women) | | Target Use Body Part | Whole Body | | UPC | 610731122706 | | Unit Count | 5443.1084 Grams | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ZELUS - **Colour:** Black - **Material:** Neoprene - **Size:** 12 Lb - **Style:** Sports,Reflective ## Images ![Weighted Vest for Strength Training, 5kg/7kg/9kg/11kg/14kg Adjustable Exercise Equipment for Home Gym, Iron Sand Weight Vest with Armband Holder for Men Women Fitness Workout Cardio - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81l7AwlRcDL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Q1: What are the benefits of using a weighted vest during exercise?** A: A1: Incorporating a weighted vest adds resistance to intensify your workout, leading to improved strength and endurance. **Q: Q2: How do I choose the right weight for my weighted vest?** A: A2: We recommend referring to our weight and chest size chart to start with a weight that challenges you without compromising your form.
