GREAT PRODUCT

Bought this Sim card to use for a starter phone for my daughter. I thought the activation process would be easy and straightforward but not was I wrong! This was the worst experience ever, after spending hours between 2 days, the Simple Mobile reps were not able to activate it and get it to work. Instead of admitting that the card was faulty, they kept bouncinge around different reps and wasted precious hours that I can't get back. I don't know why Simple Mobile is selling these Sims cards when they know very well that they don't work, shame on them. I will NEVER purchase anything from Simple Mobile again.

I was sick and tired of Verizon Charging out the butt for service and the data charges were just crazy for 3 lines and 1 data line (tablet) we were paying $300 a month. And then they add on mystery charges and always have an excuse $30 here $100 there and you can’t do anything about it. I tried to lower my bill by removing data from the tablets figured a few dollars would st least help then I got ETF that weren’t told to me before I canceled thought I met the contract. It of course they auto renew everything. I decided to get this sim kit and keep the phones I spent thousands on. I transferred my number over the phone took only a few min all they needed was the account number, pin, address and name on the act. Took about 10min a line to do. My bill went from around $300 to $72. Kept my phone number even before officially canceling. I’ll have ETF and take a few months to pay off but in the long run I will save money.

product is fine seller overpriced item in my opinion, and the company them selfs suck they screwed up 3 sims cards i wasted 2 weeks of time and paid for a month of service that they wouldn't refund nor chouldnt fix there own problem they created....
