I have trouble going to sleep, my Melatonin doesn't send me off to sleep on a consistent basis. Even after I increased the dose from 5 mg to 10 mg. So I asked my doctor what I could take and she said to try the generic for Tylenol PM. It's still not 100%, but now I usually fall asleep in 15 to 25 minutes. So I'm putting this one in the WIN category.

This product has the same ingredients as Tylenol PM but costs much less. I always keep a supply on hand in case I need it.

This is a really great deal for a product that my husband needs to take on a nightly basis. The price is extremely good and the product is very effective. Great quality sleep and pain relief in one. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought these because all the reviews were mainly positive about how effective this product is, Well I took this for a headache and was unable to sleep. I took about an hour before bed and I waited... and waited...NOTHING. I didn't take my headache away it actually made it worse and I didn't feel drowsy at all. I took a couple the next night (I steer clear of anything with caffeine so I wasn't wired ) and again NOTHING. Now I have a 495 pills that are worthless and I wish I could get a refund but it costs more to ship back than its worth. Don't take the chance of wasting your money and ending up like me... go with a generic brand name that you know will work. These pills are worthless.

This is a great deal. A lot less than other brands with the same ingredients. Works just the same. Save some money and sleep well.
