Hey Insta360 - will this work with the X3? If yes, fix your freaking listeng please

According to the Insta360 site it is compatible with the X3.

Why is this $50 more than the same thing on the insta360 website?

The one you are probably looking at is the old model. This is the updated model with new design and less bending at full extension

When extending the pole does it provide constant tension like the other Insta360 sticks that are shorter or only at each interval will it stay?

This does not twist lock in place like the smaller stick. However there is enough tension to stay fully extended with the insta 360 or my cellphone with cellphone mount.

I used this stick barely extended and it still shows up in the final footage-not invisible. What am I doing wrong?

Try changing the angle with which your camera is angled. Certain shots will still show shadows, but you shouldn’t see the stick itself.
