A: Not sure.  I purchased with the intention of cleaning my makeup sponges.

**Q: My sofa has non-removable seat cushions, made from a synthetic fabric. Can I spread a paste of Vanish on the cushions to remove stains?**
A: Yes, then use a steam cleaner with upholstery nozzle to clean up the paste and dirt from the fabric.
