Hate the packaging for this powdered Garlic!
This powdered garlic comes in the paper envelope, so trying to decant it into a jar what a mess!! You ended up garlic powder everywhere! All over the worktop. Do not think I will buy this again.

Came quickly and gave good flavour to my recipe
I couldn't find garlic powder near me so was going to make my own but saw this on Amazon and thought that I'd give it a try. I make various spice mixes and this was used in a Creole mix for Gumbo and I am really happy with the result. I only make small amounts at a time so the flavour doesn't have time to deteriorate and I am keeping this packet, as always, in the dark and cool. It has about a year date on it so will all get used.
