Great little multi

Well I purchased this because it said it had other natural ingredients. I can not find on the bottle. I like the price and the smell is not overwhelmingly bad. I started taking ten yesterday and I had a boost of energy. Don’t know if it was the cinnamon twist or the two cups of coffee. lol today I still have some energy- I feel good. My urine is bright yellow…. Are the nutrients being absorbed into my body? I have not had any issues with digestion. I give them a 5 star because I don’t see or feel bad, nothing overwhelming. I’ll continue to take until I finish the bottle. Oh the only thing I don’t like is having to take 2 pills a day.

Nothing wrong with the product but it smells bad, which is normal for the vitamin B1 that’s not coated to mask the smell. Just thought I’d let people that haven’t tried this type of vitamin capsules before, like myself, know what to expect.
