It just changes the pigment. Hope this helps. **Q: Can this shift a neutral to warm foundation to a cool undertone?** A: I would say it "neutralizes" more than "cools" foundation colors. If you put too much into your foundation it can make the foundation look a little gray when applied, so beware! Basically, it works great for shifting a foundation that is just a LITTLE BIT too warm to one that is more neutral, but it won't actually turn a warm shade into a cool shade. **Q: Can you use this as a Foundation by itself was wondering if it would work as face/body paint?** A: Hello, thank you for your question.
