Medical Carrying Case

Highly recommend this SITHON EpiPen carrying case! It's well-insulated, keeps my medication safe, and perfect for travel. The organization is excellent and gives me peace of mind knowing my emergency supplies are protected and easy to access. Great quality product!

I have been carrying EpiPens for a while, just tossing a couple in my purse and going. Then I saw this and realized I could make it easier to find them. Size is great! I can fit 4 pens, or 2 pens and an inhaler. This makes carrying rescue meds so much easier! The color matches my bag, while making it easier to spot in the purse. Cost/benefit is perfect. Not super expensive while being good quality. I can't speak to the backpack straps, as I don't carry one most of the time, BUT! The carabiner is useful.

Perfect. We have another one just like this that we love so we bought a second one. It fits 2 to 4 EpiPen’s. We have multiple kinds of medication eye drops and inhaler.

Perfect for carrying two epi pens. We also could put a small bottle of Benadryl in it as well. Held up for over a year now.

This holds 2 epi pens plus 2 pockets that I put Zyrtec in. Its strap makes it easy to carry. We carry epinephrine for multiple kids, so the variety of color choices are great- different color for each kid! The bright red medical sign on the outside helps others recognize what is inside. I also like that it fits in my purse.

This is a lovely, well-made item. The vibrant red grabs attention for emergency situations. A Z-stat spacer will fit in the pocket behind the pockets for the EpiPens, but once it is in place, it restricts the pockets for the EpiPens. I can fit one EpiPen comfortably, but the second one will not drop down to the bottom of the pocket. This would still be workable, but the addition of the albuterol inhaler was the "straw that broke the camel's back". There is just no way to close the case (and zip it) with all of these items inside. This is really too bad, as treatment of anaphylaxis requires all of these emergency items. I hope they redesign this, as it is beautiful. I really wanted to love it! For EpiPens alone, there are sleeker, insulated cases available.

​This case is a much better way to carry my EpiPens and other allergy meds. I hated having to carry the bulky box in my purse and this solves that problem completely. It keeps everything organized and secure, and the carabiner clip is great for attaching it to a backpack or belt loop. It feels sturdy and well-insulated. If you need a compact, discreet, and reliable way to carry your emergency allergy supplies, I highly recommend this organizer.

Handig tasje voor noodmedicstie, goede kleur ook. Kwaliteit is prima. Alleen vak voor epipen had wat groter gemogen zodat hij in het doosje had kunnen blijven.

Después de casi un año de uso puedo decir que el estuche sigue como el primer día y eso, que como todos vosotros va conmigo a todas partes. Apenas se mancha y es de los pocos que encontré específicamente para adrenalina sin que fuese carísimo. Muy contenta con él.
