Whole Earth & Sea Men's 50+ Multivitamin & Mineral, 120 Vegan Tablets

I've taken many men's one a day vitamins and supplements and have never really been able to tell a difference. I did a lot of research on this product and went out on a limb and bought it. I'm so glad I did. I can really tell a difference. I'm a person that gets very little sleep. I always have felt drained all day. I drank energy drinks for years but stopped due to the health risk. With this ALL NATURAL vitamin, I feel so awake, alive and alert. I have so much more focus through the day. I've had several health issues for a while but notice they are now very minimal and now controlled without medications. I'm so glad I found this and would highly recommend it to others.

I think this is a good product mainly due to the type of ingredients it has. I have had no digestive issues and the pills are easy to take as they are not huge. Overall I feel this is a good multivitamin for folks over 50.

I have been taking these for a couple years now and they are the best. They are made from real food sources which gives me assurance that I'm not polluting myself with by-products. They are much more expensive to produce so cost a little more than some other brands, but as an investment in my health I think that it's worth it.

So far my experience has been great. I do feel a physical lift with added energy. I promise to update my findings. My impulse is to give it five stars, but too early. Yet, I have never felt such a boost from so called multivitamins. This may be a winner.

I use both this product for men 50+ and source of life gold multi and really fell they both represent two of the best multi vitamin-mineral whole food supplements available. This Whole Earth and Sea is a very well thought out supplement, with natural factors, farm fresh and you can feel the quality. They do a very good job with the amount of nutrients, whole foods, and only 2 tablets per day. Men, I recommend this product, take some time to research it and I think it is valuable for your overall health at our age over 50. It does not contain biotin, for whatever reason, but many biotin rich foods such as liver, other meats, egg yolks, dairy products, and avocado, nuts and seeds and also salmon. Give it a try if you are looking for a top quality multi for men over 50 and I think you will be very happy with this. Just look into it and do some research on how they make this supplement and read other reviews on this. Best wishes!

It's quite expensive but worth it.

I've tried several multivitamin and mineral supplements over the years and so far, I can honestly say that nothing comes close to Whole Earth & Sea men's 50 +. I initially took the recommended daily dosage (2 tablets) with my breakfast and within 30 minutes or so, I could feel a rush of energy flowing through me. After breakfast, my wife and I who are both in our 60s went for what was supposed to be a short bicycle ride. After 65 KM I was still ready for more. Even though the recommended dosage is 2 tablets daily, I now take one in the morning and another later in the afternoon for better absorption. I feel much better since I've started taking these supplements and will definitely buy them again. They are a bit pricey but they are well worth it. My wife now wants me to buy the women's 50 + variety for her. ;-)

I’ve been taking vitamins for 20 years. Now I started out with GNC, then started to get more and more natural. These vitamins might be pricey, but there’s the best ones I’ve ever taken. It feels good to know that they’re non-GMO.

Looks like great ingredients but don't feel much of a difference after taking a full bottle so still undecided if I will purchase again especially with higher cost
