このグレーダーでにんじんを削ると、表面がざらざらになるので、ドレッシングがよくからみます。 レビューに、切れ味が悪くて力が必要と書いている人がいますが、切れ味が良すぎると表面がつるつるにカットされるのでわざとそのようにしてあるのだと思いました。 良い買い物でした。

le modèle moyen d'occasion est en fait le modèle "épais"
Attention à la râpe julienne moyenne d'occasion en ce moment (23/06/2026), je l'ai commandé deux fois et à chaque fois j'ai reçu le modèle "Râpe à julienne épaisse" (6 trous par rangée), dans un emballage carton de la version "moyenne" qui selon les photos amazon et du site officiel Rösle, devrait comporter 8 trous par rangée. La dernière fois que je l'ai renvoyée, je l'ai recouverte de post it explicatifs et entourée d'impression des pages Amazon et Rösle pour mettre en évidence le problème, mais, peu de temps après, je constate qu'elle à nouveau est réapparue d'occasion sous la dénomination "moyenne" :( Donc si vous souhaitez le modèle "épais", prenez le modèle "moyen" d'occasion, elle est en super état ;)

Not a good purchase
This grater is not a good one. It is huge so needs a very large bowl underneath to accommodate it. It is awkward and unstable to use. It is not sharp so grating takes a lot of work. Other graters I have owned are superior to this one. The reason I purchased this in the first place is that it was recommended by America’s Test Kitchen. For my own kitchen, it was not a good purchase and I do not recommend it.

The grater is beautiful and sturdy
On time delivery. The grater is beautiful and sturdy. Easy to use. But it is not Sharp. But I really don't know how sharp they should be. Progressive graters are very very sharp but feel is not sturdy. Compared to those medium and fine graters this one is very dull but sturdy.
