Icelandic+ Whole Fish Herring 9oz Bag, Wild-Caught Air-Dried Dog Treats

As part of the review process, I'm asked to rate the flavor and I can't speak from my own experience, but my dogs seemed to really enjoy them. There was no hesitation as they ate them. The only downside with these is that - as dog treats go - they are smelly and leave some of that smell on your hands so be prepared to wash right after giving them to your dog(s). However, that's a small price to pay for seeing them really enjoy a healthy treat. update: I've been buying these regularly for months now and my dogs continue to love these. To be fair, they love most every dog treat but these they go crazy for. And I have noted an improvement in their coat since we started giving them these so although they are a little more expensive than some other treats, knowing they are just pure fish with no additives and my dogs love them make it worth it to me.

My dog loves these treats there also good omega 3 and 1 ingredient all natural great from there skin, brain and heart health they are smelly like a bad odor but past that my dog devours them.

My dogs thoroughly enjoy these treats! They are smelly but that's what the pups love! They seem to really like the taste as well, they are crunchy but not overly difficult to chew. Decent size of fish.

Does your dog love fish? Fish is one of my little baby's favorites and this does not disappoint! She will do anything to get one. It is like a doggy Klondike bar, "what will do for a herring" LOL tell me you did not sing the jingle? Anyways it goes beyond this product. Icelandic+ has amazing treats. Nia will flip if she just sees their logo. Yes they smell like dried fish. Some have criticized that they stink, but they should smell like fish. They are a whole herring and a big treat for little dogs or a little treat for big dogs. They crunch like a cracker so no teeth will get hurt and the bones, if they are actually still in there, crunch the same way so no sharp edges. Oh and all of their products are from the waters of Iceland where even their pet food standards are way higher than the USA. No fillers, chemicals, or icky stuff.

I got these to HELP with my dogs skin allergies, I have a pitty with bad skin in the warm months. I pay 90$ a month for a prescription of apoquel cause it was the only thing working. I started buying these and no longer had to give him apoquel because these helped so much. And he LOVES them, they stink for sure tho but totally worth it.

1 ingredients Herring. My dog is crazy for these. They stink, but they are great for her coat.

It obviously smells fishy and that's why dogs will love it. The texture is crunchy and dry so I break it into smaller pieces and watch my dog eat it, worried it will stab her throat. She wheezed one time while eating but overall it seems OK.

I love that there is no additives as my dogs have had bad reactions to such foods and the dogs love them as special treats. Occasionally we get a bag where they are very very stinky, which I don't like, but the dogs really really like. It is only a 9 oz bag where as it has been advertised for some time as a 12 oz bag.

I feel so good about giving these to my 3 dogs, great quality, single ingredient goodness - worth the price point!

My dog really enjoys the dried herring and with all the protein/omega 3 it’s a great treat. I find it on the pricey side so it’s only a treat he gets a couple days a week.
