I love K&N products
(Used for Subaru WRX 2018) First time using this so I cant say for sure how much better it is than OEM Subaru oil filters but I'll drop a few thoughts. First of all, I seemed to have received the older white edition (which is fine), but when reading comments I saw a lot of people had received a different kind than the one I received. The one I got must have been a "good one;" not rusted or dusty, had the amount of filter holes as displayed on page, and the rubber seal was complete and in tact. I actually struggled a little bit getting the old one off and thought man this would have been easy if it was wrench off. Got it off finally, poured a little oil into the k&n filer and greased the rubber around it, then slapped it in no problems. I gave it a little twist with the wrench and it sat perfectly. I was a little worried because I thought that it might be too tall and would bang on my hood but it didnt (thank god). I have always liked k&n and will probably continue using it frankly just for the user friendliness factor.

Gray filters, but packaging needs to be better
Kanan makes great oil filters just didn’t like the way they packaged the filter. They threw it in there with a coolant gallon and 2 quarts of oil and the oil filter box basically got crushed in all ripped up. Oil filter was fine but still packaging needs to be better

Il est de meilleure qualité que l'original
Il est parfait pour ma CRX et fait très bien son boulot. D'après l'état de l'huile après 5000 km à la vidange, oui ce filtre fait très bien ce pour quoi il est fait. Il semble plus large que l'original alors que non, il ne coute pas plus pour autant et mon huile 10w60 est moins noire. Donc oui, je commande encore et encore celui là.
