Yes, you may use this product to make yogurt coating or icing but it is important to add some fat to it, like butter for it to stay harden.

What exactly are "natural flavors"?

Judee's doesn't specify on the bag which natural flavors they use, though I suspect it may be MSG. You can find the link to Judee's website in the pictures on the product page. It's the picture that shows the back of the bag.

Can i make frozen yogurt with this?

Sorry have no clue. I know you can use it in smoothies. I use it to bake with, when I need a small amount of yogurt.

could this be used as a starter to make yogurt?

Our Yogurt Powder does not have any live bacterial cultures to make a yogurt starter. However, you may try to use your own cultured yogurt and add it to our reconstituted Yogurt Powder, but it may take some time for it to work.
