The plug connects securely with no issues. I found the device comfortable to hold and isn't to heavy. The size is convenient and not bulky. It heats up well and doesn't take too long to reach the set temperature. The instructions aren't the best and this was my first time using a device like this, so I had to look up online for better instructions, especially related to temperature settings. Once I familiarised myself with it I found it straight forward to use. It works well as advertised. Overall a decent kit.

The heating iron reaches the desired temperature quickly, indicated by a clear light on the handle. The plastic heat shields provided do a decent job protecting the scalp from accidental burns during the melting process. The grip on the tool is comfortable for prolonged use, preventing hand cramps while working through thick layers. Adjusting the heat dial requires a fingernail because the wheel sits deep inside the casing. The keratin beads melt smoothly, allowing for a tight seal around the natural strands. The included clips feel cheap, struggling to hold back heavy sections without slipping down. The plug wire tangles easily, constantly twisting around my wrist while trying to maneuver around the back of the head. We found the lowest heat setting barely softened the glue, requiring a higher temperature to get a workable consistency. The silicone finger protectors provided were too small for my hands.
