These work great! There is no taste, they have a great coating on them to make swallowing these much easier. They are super tiny too. A great value for the money & they do seem to help. Working in retail you come across a lot of people & a lot of germs. I used to get a cold often so I added these vitamins & more vitamin c into my routine & I hardly ever get cold now. Very happy & I will keep taking them.

I've taken B12 in a few different forms over the years and I personally prefer these softgels over the sublingual tablets. The sublingual versions always felt a little annoying to use and I'd rather just take a softgel and move on with my day. The softgels are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a long time. With 150 softgels you're not constantly having to reorder. I've had good experiences with Nature Made products in general and this one has been no different. The quality seems consistent and I've had no issues with the capsules. Nothing fancy here. The bottle is oversized for the contents so it rattles like a maraca when it gets low, and the foil seal takes real effort to remove. Neither affects the product.
