can i have this when taking shower?

My husband put these through a washing machine twice, and they still worked perfectly! I was so impressed I stole them for use in the shower and for use in the Jacuzzi and they have been great. I don't try to protect them from the water at all, and have gotten them very wet dozens of times now without any problems at all. They have been amazing!

I have small ears. Will I have a problem jogging with these things on?

I have small ears and ear canals. The hook over the ear is way too long (and not adjustable) for my ears leaving the ear piece to land about where an earring would sit on my lobe. :(

Does the headphone have controls to forward and replay a song ?

Dear Customer,Yes, you can change tracks directly from the Senso ActivBud Headphones. Simply, click and hold the + button to skip to the next track and the - button to go to the previous track.I hope this answers your question.Thank you,Senso Customer Support

I need to be able to listen to instructions via my iPhone while training on horseback. Will these stay on while riding?

I think they would. My problem is my left ear is shaped a little different than the right so earbud doesn't want to stay in very comfortable
