I have been suffering from a pulled shoulder muscle from when I had physical therapy for my knee and the PT made me pull very hard on a strap. You insert your foot into a loop in this strap and then pull, leaning forward. It gave me tendonitis in my right shoulder, and I have had to take 800 mg of Ibuprofen several times a day for inflammation for several weeks. Warming this oil up in the microwave and rubbing my shoulders with it has also helped a lot. It has a wonderful refreshing fragrance and definitely is very effective.
