MSM is amazing. I haven't even had this product a week yet and I am already reaping the benefits. This is 100% a real review on this product, I didn't receive anything in return. I got this product because I experience acne and hyperpigmentation on my skin which are red spots left behind by the acne. Within a few days the cystic acne stopped, just a few pimples here and there and now the rest of it is starting to leave. The red spots are fading and not only that but my entire face looks healthier in a very drastic way! I had soft skin to start with, besides the acne, and my skin is 10x softer now than before. And I've noticed my skin is softer Even on the places like my forehead where I never had acne break outs. And my back! It's amazing! Also I used to have slight dark circles under my eyes (nothing too noticeable) and now the dark circles are almost completely gone, (and I can tell!, that's saying a lot) again, not only that but under my eyes they are more plump and I've had wrinkles disappear. This stuff is seriously amazing, I wish I had started off with this product years ago, and to think I was going to go get antibiotics for my acne. What a relief that I won't have to do that now. I would recommend this to anyone I know that suffers with skin conditions. This is very powerful stuff! My face looks and feels airbrushed. I'm taking one pill internally everyday at night, and then whenever I wash my face I apply a lotion (natural lotion like coconut oil) that has about 3 of these pills crushed up into it. I apply this lotion to my face and other rougher areas on my body after I get out of the shower. This stuff derives from DMSO and I wouldn't risk putting this on your skin if the skin isn't clean. DMSO is known to transport anything it touches into your skin and further into your blood stream. This is just a precaution I take. This stuff doesn't burn or give me any weird side effects. MSM is sulfur that is formed in rain water and is ingested through plants that we eat. It's all natural. Most plants we grow now are not grown with rain water, this is why you might have a deficiency in sulfur or MSM. But seriously try this for yourself, it could make a big difference for you like it did for me.

A much needed supplement that is hard to obtain

Lately I have been having what feels like tendinitis or bursitis in the abductor muscles, joints and ligaments in my inner left thigh. It would happen suddenly and the pain was debilitating. I couldn't get in bed, turn over, get in my car, pivot, without it feeling like I was a rusted tin man. I got an x-Ray that thankfully showed no abnormalities. I knew it had to be the joints and ligaments that were becominging inflamed. I ordered MSM and was on it for a week before I started feeling better. And now I am not feeling any pain, and my range of motion in my left leg is back to how it was when I was a girl of my youth. The MSM has definitely helped since I didn't have this range of motion in a long time. I feel like I could do a split (but I won't) I'm 42 years young and am so thankful for this. I will be taking these horse pills from now on.

I ordered this after having neck and shoulder pain for almost a month that nothing would seem to get rid of. I had been to the chiropractor, had a massage, taken OTC pain meds, done yoga, alternated ice and heat...and it was still really painful. I bought a different product with less MSM in it for a different purpose and noticed it made me feel a bit better. I came across this with a larger dosage and decided to give it a try. I can't say this is the sole reason my neck is finally better but it definitely played a part! I have also noticed less joint pain and just an overall better feeling. OK, so I started taking this supplement MONTHS ago for pain. It has truly helped with the Bursitis in my hip....but I'm having one crazy benefit. I had toe nail fungus that I caught from my husband of 30 years. My toe nails are growing out clear and WHITE like they should be. They are HEALTHY again. Also one other benefit I've found is my "system" is working completely normal, if you catch my drift. I've had issues through the years being "regular" and this supplement really keeps my system moving in a good way.
