An adapter can make all the difference
I recently bought a PC that I wanted to upgrade with a new PSU and GPU, but the PSU had 20+4 pin connector and the CPU wouldn't power on. I bought this adapter and everything basically started working immediately!

Hp z210 conversion
Used this to convert my hp to a standard power supply so far works perfectly. Clips in nice and solid.

Did not work with my HP Z210.... but Eyeboot are total professionals!!
The people at Eyeboot are total professionals!! This adapter is VERY well made. I bought this last November and it worked for 4 months in my HP Z210, then gave out. I believe it was NOT the cables fault, but the fact that I tried to put too many add on cards in the Z210 and it could not take it. Eyeboot refunded my purchase price with no hassle and were very kind. No love for HP proprietary power supplies from me!!

This is the part you need for a HP Mobo
To anyone with an HP mobo with there proprietary 18 pin crap this is what you need to run a real power supply this saved me Sooo much time in a new build can not recommend this family owned business enough.
