First time buying this product and it didn’t disappoint. The carbs in here are more less than the others (perfect for keto) and it’s really a great thickening agent! Kudos and will surely order again in the future.

I am using Oladole Xhanthan gum for some time now, mainly for my gluten-free baking. Really it helps a lot to have the good texture of my baking. Delivery was on time, but the pack was little bit open, some of the gums was on amazon plastic bag, clearly due Amazon parcels packing.

Only recently when I first explored the Xanathan Gum by Oladole Natural and became a great fan of it, it’s a really great product that works perfectly well with me when baking Challah Breads that are Gluten Free , this pure powder is miraculous in many ways and adds a lot to anyone trying to maintain a healthy diet.

I am on a keto diet and wanted to eat almond flour bread but could not as there was nothing to bind it.. then i found this gum... it amazingly works and made my life much easier. Nowni can eat my favourite bread and make it at home. Thanks a lot.

Item received damage - hole in packet and powder leaking out - no damage to outside packaging so the item was sent out already damaged! Will purchase from somewhere else once refund is processed as other reviews say they have had the same issue.
