Do any of these incompetent mouse manufacturers use their mice? Like at all? Seriously! This is asinine. Complete idiocy and ignorance. I suppose my hands are too large for any mouse in the world.I really wish I could have seen this before it came to my door. The thumb buttons are too hard to access. They should be positioned a bit higher.The vent is nowhere near where your hand actually rests on the mouse. The vent should be opposite of where it is now. My hand doesn't even touch it.The best part, the mouse actally reaches my palm and I can relax on the mouse a bit instead of the surface.

older versions of this mouse all had quality materials used, some being a dense rubber / plastic mix others being pure metal. This added a nice weight and overall quality for those older version. NOW it's made with pure plastics the whole way through. You pick it up and it's light and flimsy and not nearly the quality that they once had for this product line. What happened? very disappointed that my favorite mouse line of all time is now garbage due to quality. Not only that, it's the same price for an inferior product version. I really hope that this company can get in gear and bring back the quality I used to get in their older models as that's what I looked for and enjoyed about their product. I can assure you that the Tt eSPORTS Level 10 M Advanced Ergonomic Laser Gaming Mouse with the thumb rest is not worth the buy and most definitely not worth the amount of money you would spend to get it.

I bought 12 mice in December in search of a decent performance mouse. This was one of them. I didn't like it. It was way too long for my average sized hands and even though the mouse is adjustable, you cannot move the "butt" or rear of the mouse as low as most people would want it to go (nearly flat!). Design wise it looks sexy however ergonomically it is a disaster. I guarantee that there was never any extensibility tests ever performed by Thermaltake or BMW design (that's who made this mouse) to see where kinetic displacement and muscle strain occur over extended periods of use/play. It was so uncomfortable after an hour, I couldn't imagine it lasting for my typical 10-14 hour programming,editing, gaming sessions....like the rest of my generation. The "feel" of the Lev 10 mouse wasn't pleasing, it felt like a thin layer or coating of textured paint. I would expect it to deteriorate in less than a year of normal gaming use, causing those ugly spots on your mouse that resemble paint chipping off. A lot of the *paid* review blogs and tech websites praised this mouse, but for its price and build, it is NOT worth it. You would ONLY buy this and keep it because you barely ever use your computer and wanted solely for your entire system to look consistent and clean. It is a damn sexy mouse after all. It only gets two stars because it is sooo damn sexy.

I have the predecessor to this model... these mice are durable and have solid weight .. the ergonomics can be different for some, but it's a good looking and enjoyable mouse for gaming etc... I'm looking h at this one now for work...

this mouse is built very well, the hand vent works well and the back lighting looks awesome, i would recommend this to everyone not just friends.

I swore by this mouse. I loved it so much after I had it for so long and wrote it out I bought another one. I wrote that one out to. So I bought another one. Well it seems the mouse is great but the macro buttons wear out and the button eventually collapses. After the 3rd mouse I finally went on to a different one. But I loved this mouse. I would say it's perfect for anyone who does light gaming. If you're a hardcore MMORPG gamer this isn't the one for you.
